Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Tax Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing tax provision and return workpaper support
• Preparing Federal and state corporate tax returns
• Preforming tax research on federal, state, and international tax issues

Required Skills:

• A minimum of eight years of experience in providing tax research and technical advice on multi-state issues
• An understanding of ASC 740, tax law, and tax compliance
• Strong experience with MS Office Suite
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize competing workloads
