A software company has an open position for a Remote Senior Tax Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing tax audit and inquires
- Executing due diligence reviews
- Providing support for income tax compliance including domestic and foreign
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of corporate tax experience with an international focus
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 740
- Strong leadership, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Excel, Word and tax research software
- Knowledge and experience with NetSuite/Oracle
