Job Summary

A communications company is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for customers
  • Providing regular two-way communication between the client and team
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time depending on business and client Needs
  • Four-year college degree in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science or related curriculum
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT Account/project management experience
  • Experience in leading projects implementing cloud-based solutions
