Job Summary
A communications company is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for customers
- Providing regular two-way communication between the client and team
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time depending on business and client Needs
- Four-year college degree in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science or related curriculum
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT Account/project management experience
- Experience in leading projects implementing cloud-based solutions
