Job Summary
A remote technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working to achieve operational targets with a major impact on the departmental results
- Chipping in to the development of goals for the department and planning efforts
- Making moderate to significant improvements in processes, systems, or products to improve the performance of the job area
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of job areas typically acquired through advanced education combined with experience
- Viewed as having a specialty within the subject area. May have a broad knowledge of project management
- Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years; or Ph.D. with 3 years of experience
- Hands-on networking experience, preferably with layers L4 - L7 and SSL acceleration
