A privately-held software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Account Manager in the New York Metro Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting managing product deliveries into customers
- Conducting regular requirements gathering reviews and project reviews
- Creating a frictionless onboarding process for the customer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel is required
- 5+ years of Technical Account Management, Customer Support, Sales Engineering or equivalent
- Ability to provide expert guidance for product deployment
- Self-starter with proven track record of Customer facing roles and working with executives
- Expertise in open source and SaaS is a major advantage
