Job Summary
A gaming and technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technical Artist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating and working with artists, designers and engineers to support features and content creation
- Writing highly optimized shaders to help achieve the visual quality desired
- Profiling and implementing solutions for improving performance and optimization of art assets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of professional experience as a technical artist in games or related industries
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Maya and Unity3D
- Experience with building character and creature rigs in Maya
- Fluency in programming languages such as Python and C#
- Experience with shader and VFX creation, systems and implementation
- Experience with UI integration for mobile games
