Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Design and define technical requirements for the Salesforce development team
• Serve as a subject matter expert on existing and emerging tech-stack capabilities
• Participate in all Scrum meetings for the successful completion of sprint cycles

Qualifications Include:

• MUST HAVE Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification
• Superior communication skills
• 2+ Years of experience as a full-time Salesforce Consultant for a reputed firm
• Strong abilities in iterative (Agile) project management and end-to-end service delivery from scoping to production
• Extensive experience analyzing, designing, and supporting Salesforce implementations on the Lightning framework
• Experience working on or with a Salesforce development team and utilizing engineering methodologies and best practices
