Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Client Operations Associate.
Must be able to:
- Lead cross-functional efforts with Finance, Data, and Product to better enable our customer facing teams
- Collaborate with the Solutions organization leadership team to ruthlessly prioritize strategic initiatives
- Define excellence in how we pass customers down the revenue funnel
Position Requirements Include:
- Pristine stakeholder management capabilities
- 2-4+ years experience working in Client Operations, Revenue Operations, Account Management, or Business Intelligence
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to drive projects and unblock road bumps independently
