Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Technical Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and delivering solutions for customers addressing requirements
  • Contributing to the creation, deployment and maintenance of Technical Best Practices
  • Ensuring technical deliverables to Customer Delivery and customers are complete

Qualifications Include:

  • 50% travel
  • Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource
  • 3+ years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry
  • Experience of ITIL, minimum foundation level
  • Experience with Web Technologies and working in a SaaS environment
