Job Summary

A testing software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting and taking ownership of ad-hoc projects
  • Managing support cases to enable fast resolution of inbound requests
  • Owning and managing escalations from our customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proven track record in managing complex escalations
  • At least 5 years of continuous experience in technical support or technical account management position
  • Possess strong technical experience with contact center technologies
