Job Summary
A testing software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting and taking ownership of ad-hoc projects
- Managing support cases to enable fast resolution of inbound requests
- Owning and managing escalations from our customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven track record in managing complex escalations
- At least 5 years of continuous experience in technical support or technical account management position
- Possess strong technical experience with contact center technologies
