An audio technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Performing skills and gap analysis by working collaboratively with stakeholders
• Mentoring team members to enable their professional development
• Assisting in the analysis of training needs across the organization

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years' professional instructional design and learning strategy experience
• Experience working with multimedia based authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Captivate
