- Designing and owning the end-to-end experience for features

- Ability to understand the business impact of design decisions
- Can reduce complex problems down to the right balance of simplicity
- Deliver on all aspects of UI/UX design, from strategy to execution
- Experience working with an established design system
- Ability to plan, manage, and drive projects from beginning to end
- Proficient with modern design tools (we use Figma)
