Job Summary
A privately-held information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Product Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering a range of projects from broad, loosely defined problems and concepts to specific, tactical feature work
- Independently owning and executing on end-to-end design for one of our core product areas
- Driving a better understanding of our users
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- An excellent portfolio with presentable case studies showing a foundation in typography
- Have a knack for picking up new concepts quickly, and delight in solving for the needs of users who work in esoteric domains
- Have experience making impact in complex, sometimes ambiguous problem spaces for digital products and services
- Can integrate the needs of the user within the constraints of a project and the broader business goals
- Know how to use the right kind of fidelity, process, and validation during the design process
- Knowledge in user research and usability testing practices
