Remote Senior Technical Product Owner Manager

Job Summary

A global insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Product Owner Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Own alignment of development and business resources on goals and priorities
• Own portfolio backlog (grooming, prioritization and refinement)
• Ensure the proper controls, processes and business procedures are maintained for the shared services owned by the portfolio

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in business, engineering, technology and/or consulting
• Advanced knowledge of Agile development methodologies as typically acquired through a Bachelors' degree
• Technical proficiency required
• Strong influencing skills
• Ability to coach and inspire both direct reports and matrixed teams
• Comfortable with making decisions with some level of uncertainty in a fast-paced working environment
