An an information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Product Support Specialist in Denver.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Support and advise several of our teams to ensure we’re providing the best support for our customers possible
- Advise and implement best practices for relaunches, integrations, support requests, and reporting
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field or equivalent practical experience
- Working knowledge of using APIs
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft Applications, G-suite, Jira and Intercom
- Ability to translate technical descriptions and content into simple, clear terms for customers
