- Help further define and improve the company's full lifecycle recruiting processes
- Define roles, measure and communicate progress
- Develop relationships with candidates and give them a world-class candidate experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-tech and/or biotech environment
- 1+ years of deep, technical sourcing experience
- Corporate/in-house recruiting experience required
- Demonstrated experience delivering consistent, high quality recruiting results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about candidate experience innovative, creative, and flexible
