Job Summary

A managed services company is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Proactively provide accurate and timely communications with hiring managers and candidates
• Develop and execute proactive and creative sourcing strategies
• Coordinate and conduct initial phone screens to ensure eligibility and suitability

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3 + years of technical recruiting experience ideally across multiple technologies
• Full lifecycle recruiting experience, including various interview formats and methodologies
• Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems
• Excellent communication skills, including listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strategic sourcing
• Hiring laws and compliance including AA, OFCCP
