A marketing software developer has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the full lifecycle recruiting process
- Sourcing stellar candidates
- Advising hiring managers on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter
- Successfully owned new projects and are consistently looking for ways to improve the team
- Familiar with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System
- Experience sourcing great talent with a variety of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter
