Job Summary
A media company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Posting jobs to relevant job boards
- Performing initial screening interviews
- Participating in negotiations with candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of similar experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or equivalent setting
- Proven track record recruiting to ensure the delivery of digital products and services
- An obvious drive to grow and learn from the highly-skilled team around you
- Familiarity with HR software and internet job boards
- Fluent English and highly-developed communication skills
- Ability to help with additional business development efforts as needed
