A research company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing, contacting and qualifying potential candidates in the marketplace
- Completing market research to understand where external talent pools exist and work
- Developing creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations/Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience recruiting in the life sciences - PhD Scientists and Software/Hardware Engineers
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with leadership and drive the recruiting process
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to navigate competing priorities
- Highly organized and personable with a “whatever-it-takes” attitude
