An IT compnany is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Act as a full lifecycle recruiter for technical roles
- Build a high quality talent pipeline through consistent outreach
- Screen, qualify top talent, and partner with hiring managers, and drive the recruitment process from intake meeting to offer
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or rapidly scaling tech startup is required
- 3 to 5 years of in-house technical recruiting at a tech-forward company
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Ability to keep pace and absorb rapidly in a fast-paced environment
