Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience across technical positions and teams
- Experience hiring complex technical positions
- Experience in direct sourcing of hard to find technical skillsets
- Experience collaborating with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives
- Working knowledge of ATS tools
