Job Summary
An assessment solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Efficiently and effectively filling open positions
- Scheduling pre-placement testing where applicable
- Conducting regular follow-up with management to determine the effectiveness of recruiting
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and ATS experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle staffing/recruitment in IT experience required
- Proven experience recruiting high-volume technical positions
- Prior experience recruiting nationwide
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
