A life insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding growth goals, develop a recruiting strategy, and prioritize
- Managing full-cycle recruiting for our technical teams
- Developing creative sourcing strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years as an experienced technical recruiter
- A track record of hiring strong technical team members that consistently exceed targets
- A Player-Coach who can navigate both hands-on recruiting and coaching
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Data driven
- Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, or similar recruiting tools
