Job Summary

A manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Collaborating with senior technical leaders as an advisor and partner while driving creative hiring strategies
• Establishing talent acquisition strategy by understanding the needs, plans and objectives of Engineering and Digital Technology organizations
• Being responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process including overseeing and securing offer negotiations

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 - 7 years of previous recruiting experience required
• Previous experience recruiting for an engineering and/or technical organization
• General knowledge of US employment laws and best practices
• Successful track record in achieving goals among a high requisition capacity
• Proven ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
