Job Summary
A social media company that depends on GPS functionality of mobile networks is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle
- Build robust talent pipelines for multiple requisitions
- Build solid relationships with hiring managers and understand team structures and styles
Position Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 7+ years recruiting experience with in-house recruiting or with a search firm
- A baseline knowledge of programming languages, web and emerging technologies
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Proven experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline
- A positive attitude, and you are open-minded and excited to learn and contribute with a team
- An extensive experience creating dynamic sourcing strategies with or without the use of LinkedIn
