Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for multiple senior open positions
- Integrating and implementing drip campaigns across roles
- Developing strong hiring manager partnerships and empower them to make informed hiring decisions
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience
- Strong history of collaborating inclusively with hiring managers and interviewers
- Design processes that attract candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
- You thrive in a data-driven recruiting process
- Working knowledge of ATS systems and pipeline metrics (Lever)
- Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills, strong time-management abilities
