A financial institution is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Recruiting top talent in the Financial Services and FinTech industries
  • Sourcing candidates on job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Managing the entire recruiting life cycle

Qualifications Include:

  • Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter searches, X-ray searches, AI based sourcing tools
  • Expert use and manipulation of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever or Greenhouse
  • Experience with some form of Talent Mapping industries and skill sets
  • Talent Acquisition Partners should have experience using advanced negotiation and closing techniques
  • Have a well defined follow up strategy to build strong relationships in the market
  • Intermediate to advanced interviewing skills
