An e-commerce infrastructure company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers
- Partner with our Sourcer to creatively and strategically build diverse pipelines for your roles
- Accurately track recruiting activity and metrics
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience developing creative sourcing strategies to build robust and diverse pipelines for technical roles
- Proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive leads with a focus on technical talent from untapped groups
- Highly organized, extreme attention to detail, and skilled at delivering a world-class candidate experience
- Comfortable managing a high volume of roles and able to bring multiple projects to the finish line at the same time
- Clear and thoughtful communication style that makes every candidate feel cared for at each step in the process
