Job Summary

An e-commerce infrastructure company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Lead intake meetings with hiring managers
Partner with our Sourcer to creatively and strategically build diverse pipelines for your roles
Accurately track recruiting activity and metrics

Position Requirements Include:

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience developing creative sourcing strategies to build robust and diverse pipelines for technical roles
Proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive leads with a focus on technical talent from untapped groups
Highly organized, extreme attention to detail, and skilled at delivering a world-class candidate experience
Comfortable managing a high volume of roles and able to bring multiple projects to the finish line at the same time
Clear and thoughtful communication style that makes every candidate feel cared for at each step in the process
