Job Summary
A homeowners insurance provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and attract the most qualified and diverse talent for our open engineering requisitions
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a world-class candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the entire recruitment process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 10+years of focused full-cycle recruiting
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate delicate and confidential information
- A track record of negotiating and navigating compensation conversations
- Track record of creatively sourcing and hiring talent in a geographically dispersed organization
- Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills
