Job Summary
A life insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Partner with our executive team and hiring managers to understand growth goals, develop a recruiting strategy, and prioritize
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for our technical teams -- from sourcing to interviewing to closing
- Work with Hiring Managers to refine their craft and enable them to become better recruiters, brand ambassadors, and closers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- You are an experienced technical recruiter (4+ years) who can quickly internalize roles & how they fit into our broader business strategy
- You have a track record of hiring strong technical team members that consistently exceed targets
- You have experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideally a high growth tech startup
- You are data-driven: data is a core recruiting input for you that drives your day-to-day and how you work with Hiring Managers
