Job Summary

A company providing wireless communications services is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnering with our Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and our Chief Digital Officer to provide full life cycle technical recruiting for their respective teams
  • Using metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions with an emphasis on quality of hire
  • Assisting the broader HR team with talent retention initiatives

Required Skills:

  • 4 or more years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or staffing agency)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organization Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields of study
  • A desire to solve challenging problems and build recruiting programs that scale globally
  • Experience with iCIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
