Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a workload of 10-15 requisitions and candidate activity within the iCIMS applicant tracking system
- Reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to the position requirements
- Sourcing talent through networking, social media, employee referrals, targeted searches and job boards
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of recruitment experience for technical positions
- Recruiting experience with third party staffing organizations/industry
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent years of experience
- Proven administrative and organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
- Experience using web-based recruiting tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
