A spatial computing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a Consultant to the Senior Management team
- Partnering with hiring teams to execute and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
- Building and maintaining network of potential candidates through pro-active market research
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Prior experience in technical recruiting across various disciplines
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Must possess skills and experience in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill' roles
- Strong communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills
