A technical consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies
  • Executing talent searches in a timely manner
  • Developing sourcing models and plans to generate technical and non-technical talent pools

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience as full cycle recruitment within corporate and/or search firm
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles with focus on enterprise platforms
  • Experience recruiting passive candidate generation and building networks
  • Enterprise ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
