- Working closely with project teams to determine hiring needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience building, cultivating, and sustaining inclusive networks of qualified, passive candidates
- 5+ years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting
- Comfort with public outreach and public speaking around the mission and roles of Agile Six
- Proficiency running and iterating recruiting processes
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Experience working as part of a team
