• Supporting and serving project teams in performing full life cycle recruiting
• Improving the recruiting and interviewing strategy
• Working closely with project teams to determine hiring needs

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Experience building, cultivating, and sustaining inclusive networks of qualified, passive candidates
• 5+ years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting
• Comfort with public outreach and public speaking around the mission and roles of Agile Six
• Proficiency running and iterating recruiting processes
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
• Experience working as part of a team
