An IT services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter in Reston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing full lifecycle recruitment of cleared and non-cleared positions for US and international assignments
- Partnering with managers to review business needs to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates
- Actively sourcing for candidates using creative recruiting techniques
Position Requirements Include:
- May travel for site visits, career fairs, or contract transitions (travel percentage is 5% - 10%)
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of seven years of related HR experience
- Knowledgeable and skillful in social media sourcing, networking and virtual recruiting
- Ability to research and define sourcing strategies for critical and hard to fill positions
