Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Owning entire lifecycle of recruiting from kicking off a new search, job description development & building a robust evaluation strategy
- Providing a seamless recruiting process for both candidates and hiring managers
- Partnering with HRBPs, Finance, Talent Programs, Compensation and I&D to ensure a holistic and inclusive approach to recruiting
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ full cycle technical recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience partnering with hiring stakeholders
- An interest in, and passion for, the crypto space
- A desire and aptitude in building organizations that take into account holistic team composition and long term vision
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional team members
