Job Summary
An internet technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Sales and Marketing Contract Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and feedback to interviewers and hiring managers regarding candidate assessments and the recruiting process
- Identify key requirements for each requisition
- Update and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
Required Skills:
- Have at least 8+ years of in-house and/or agency, Sales, G&A, or Marketing recruitment experience
- Direct sourcing experience
- Active networker and out-of-the-box approach to solving recruitment challenges
- Experience using a variety of sourcing channels
