Job Summary
A customer data solutions company is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Services Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with Prod Ops/SRE, DevOps, SecOps and CorpOps teams to improve/determine KPIs
- Manage and improve Jira flows, dashboards and metrics associated with projects, incidents and problems
- Participate in daily security RFX standups helping with any escalations
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 Year's Experience in a 24X7X365 SaaS environment
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in ITIL or related framework
- Experience managing releases, changes and incidents
- Experience improving organizational throughput and maturity level
- 5 Year's experience with Jira/Confluence administration, automation and integrations with other tools
