Job Summary

A content licensing firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Solutions Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Participating as a solutions architect for clients integrating with our systems
• Developing comprehensive understanding of product capabilities to support customer delivery and success
• Translating complex findings into digestible and comprehensive written reports and requirements

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience with business process analysis and strong understanding of engineering best practices
• 5+ years of demonstrated professional work experience, including top-tier consultant, SaaS provider or equivalent role
• Capable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, diagramming tools (like Visio), Confluence
• Strong written and oral communication skills with experience working across multiple functional areas
• Ability to write and present effective project materials
