Job Summary
A next-generation game technology studio has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Sourcer .
Must be able to:
- Leverage a variety of sourcing tools as well as any out of the box creative sourcing strategies to engage with technical candidates who are not active
- Build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
- Collaborate with talent acquisition team members to manage an efficient model of operation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Creative and 'outside the box' sourcing strategies for finding and engaging with top technical talent
- 5+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles, preferably from a high-growth technology environment
- Master hands-on experience developing Boolean searching skills
- Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking System software
- Deep experience in effectively managing and tracking a high volume of candidates
- Proven track record of building engineering pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates. (You don't need to know how to code but understand the basic differences between the UI and databases, and all that's in between.)
