Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Sourcer.
Must be able to:
- Source passive technical talent using a variety of sources
- Research markets, companies, teams and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates
- Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve overall effectiveness
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Recent experience hiring for top notch technical talent
- Comfortable working with Engineering leaders and Senior level candidates
