Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Sourcer.
Must be able to:
- Prepare target lists with recruiters and hiring managers
- Work with Workday Recruit, Greenhouse or similar ATS software tools
- Source, qualify, and present candidates to the Recruiter
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 7-10 years of experience in recruiting or staffing
- 7-10 years of experience with applicant tracking systems and CRMs
- 7-10 years of social networking experience using internet networking tools
- 10 years of experience working independently to meet deadlines
- 7-10 years of experience with Boolean Search Strings
- Experience in developing social media sourcing strategies
