Job Summary
A recruiting company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technical Sourcer in Centennial.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying and implementing sourcing strategies based upon the job position
- Working with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan
- Identifying, screening and submitting qualified candidates to Recruiting Team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work onsite 2 days per week
- Proven success developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies
- Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in recruiting functions
- Understanding and experience using and implementing Recruiting related technologies
- Experience overseeing and executing multiple projects at one time
- Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio
