A digital therapeutics company is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Support Analyst in Boston.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Logging and processing tier 2 technical support issues
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and developing new solutions
  • Writing step-by-step processes, technical solutions, and ticket updates to customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support/analyst role interfacing with internal or external customers
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a relevant field
  • General understanding of mobile OS such as iOS and AndroidOS
  • Ability to work weekends
