A digital therapeutics company is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Support Analyst in Boston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Logging and processing tier 2 technical support issues
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and developing new solutions
- Writing step-by-step processes, technical solutions, and ticket updates to customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support/analyst role interfacing with internal or external customers
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a relevant field
- General understanding of mobile OS such as iOS and AndroidOS
- Ability to work weekends
