Job Summary

An IT company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing case management and customer support
  • Responding to customer issues as per company guidelines
  • Reproducing customer issues in-house and recommend solutions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to two weeks per year
  • Basic Operating System skills: Linux, Solaris, Windows Server
  • Ability to read “C” or Java code
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
