Job Summary
An IT company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing case management and customer support
- Responding to customer issues as per company guidelines
- Reproducing customer issues in-house and recommend solutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to two weeks per year
- Basic Operating System skills: Linux, Solaris, Windows Server
- Ability to read “C” or Java code
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
