Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail and online requests for technical support
  • Assisting customers in the installation and deployment of company's software products
  • Participating in Knowledge Centered Service training

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience in the enterprise security space
  • Operational experience with MS SQL Server technologies
  • 5+ years relevant experience supporting a distributed software technology in a Windows and Mac, or Linux environment
  • Familiarity with software distribution, patch management, and anti-viral technologies
  • Experience supporting multiple, simultaneous engagements
