Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail and online requests for technical support
- Assisting customers in the installation and deployment of company's software products
- Participating in Knowledge Centered Service training
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in the enterprise security space
- Operational experience with MS SQL Server technologies
- 5+ years relevant experience supporting a distributed software technology in a Windows and Mac, or Linux environment
- Familiarity with software distribution, patch management, and anti-viral technologies
- Experience supporting multiple, simultaneous engagements
