Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Addressing service alerts
- Driving the troubleshooting of issues
- Managing production impacting incidents
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel: 6 weeks training on first shift in Franklin MA
- BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience / technical degree
- 7+ years experience with supporting SaaS environment at scale
- 7+ years experience troubleshooting software
- Experience with Linux systems administration
- Other skills, knowledge and experience as outlined by company
