Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Addressing service alerts
  • Driving the troubleshooting of issues
  • Managing production impacting incidents

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel: 6 weeks training on first shift in Franklin MA
  • BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience / technical degree
  • 7+ years experience with supporting SaaS environment at scale
  • 7+ years experience troubleshooting software
  • Experience with Linux systems administration
  • Other skills, knowledge and experience as outlined by company
