Job Summary

An e-learning software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking on our customers’ most challenging technical problems
  • Coaching and leading other team members
  • Reproducing and isolating bugs before involving QA

Qualifications Include:

  • 5 years of experience in technical support and/or with software development
  • Extensive experience with Windows, Office, and a wide variety of Windows applications
  • experience troubleshooting installation problems
  • Experience with iOS and Android devices
  • Web Technologies, including all major browsers, email delivery, etc
  • Basic understanding of corporate networks and security protocols
